Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Whisk together ranch seasoning, dill, onion powder, black pepper, salt, grated garlic, and mayonnaise until combined.
  3. Combine Panko bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter in another bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken fillet thoroughly with the mayonnaise mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
