Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Whisk together ranch seasoning, dill, onion powder, black pepper, salt, garlic, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Combine Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter in another bowl.
  4. Coat each chicken fillet first with the mayonnaise mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F.
