How to Make Crispy Bread and Crumbs Pork Chops
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour (flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika), one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs and Parmesan.
  3. Pat pork chops dry, dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat in bread crumbs.
  4. Lay breaded pork chops on the baking sheet, drizzle olive oil over them.
  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
