How to Make Chicken Tenders
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet by spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
- Combine the flour and 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs, water, and ½ teaspoon of seasoned salt in another bowl until well blended.
- Place the panko bread crumbs in a separate bowl and add 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt.
- Dredge each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg wash, and finally coat with the panko bread crumbs.
- Arrange the breaded chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the chicken strips lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
