How to Make Chicken Tenders
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet by spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the flour and 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, water, and ½ teaspoon of seasoned salt in another bowl until well blended.
  4. Place the panko bread crumbs in a separate bowl and add 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt.
  5. Dredge each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg wash, and finally coat with the panko bread crumbs.
  6. Arrange the breaded chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
