How to Make Corn Ribs Air Fryer
- Husk the corn and rinse the cobs under cool water. Carefully cut the corn vertically into quarters to create riblets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, and parsley. Mix until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for around 5 minutes.
- Use a pastry brush to evenly coat the corn ribs with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the corn ribs are cooking, whisk together the mayonnaise, ground chili, and Tabasco in a small bowl.
- Once the corn ribs are done, remove them from the air fryer. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the ribs, then garnish with jalapeños and lime juice.
