How to Make Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped crab meat, sliced green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and well-blended.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Spoon a generous amount of filling into the center, then fold the sides over and roll tightly. Use a little water to seal the edges for a secure hold.
  3. In a deep skillet, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  4. Allow the egg rolls to cool slightly before serving them warm. Pair with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dip.
