How to Make Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped crab meat, sliced green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and well-blended.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Spoon a generous amount of filling into the center, then fold the sides over and roll tightly. Use a little water to seal the edges for a secure hold.
- In a deep skillet, heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the egg rolls to cool slightly before serving them warm. Pair with sweet chili sauce or your favorite dip.
