Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Defrost, shell, and devein the shrimp.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with the egg white, salt, sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, oil, and white pepper powder. Mix well.
  3. Take a portion of the shrimp mixture and place it on each spring roll wrapper.
  4. Carefully roll the wrapper around the shrimp mixture, making sure it’s tight and secure.
  5. Seal the edges of the wrapper by adding a touch of water with your fingers.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat, then add the rolls. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
