How to Make Jalapeño Avocado Cream Cheese Wontons
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, avocado, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cilantro, and jalapeños. Stir until smooth.
- Lay a wonton wrapper in a diamond shape on a clean surface. Lightly moisten the edges with water.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold to form a triangle and seal tightly.
- Heat 2 to 3 inches of canola oil in a pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F.
- Fry the wontons in batches of 3 to 4 for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve hot.

Notes
Optional: Serve with cilantro and sliced jalapeños for garnish. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother filling.
