- Press the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture onto the salmon fillets to create a crust.
- Drizzle olive oil lightly over the crust.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness, watching closely.
- Allow the salmon to rest for 1 minute before serving and garnish with lemon wedges.
