  • 3 Eggs large, at room temperature
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or lighter cream
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour or gluten-free blend
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
For Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Blend cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  4. Fold in heavy cream, flour, and salt gently until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased and lined 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes until the top is golden brown with a slight jiggle in the center.
  7. Cool the cheesecake at room temperature before refrigerating.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
