Cheesecake Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ground graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. This can take about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the sugar, eggs, yolk, vanilla extract, and salt with the cream cheese mixture. Mix until creamy.
- Pour the cream cheese filling into the crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggle.
- Cool the cheesecake on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Melt the dark chocolate and dip the strawberries into it, then place them on top of the cheesecake.
