Method
 

Chocolate Truffles Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate mixture using a double boiler by combining semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Kahlua to the melted chocolate mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  4. Once chilled, use an ice cream scooper to scoop out portions and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each truffle in nonpareils until fully coated.
  6. Place truffles on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and allow them to set.
