Chocolate Truffles Preparation
- Melt the chocolate mixture using a double boiler by combining semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the Kahlua to the melted chocolate mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Once chilled, use an ice cream scooper to scoop out portions and roll into balls.
- Roll each truffle in nonpareils until fully coated.
- Place truffles on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and allow them to set.
