  • 200 g Unsalted Butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup Biscuit Cookies or plain biscotti
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 cup Dulce de Leche or Nutella
  • 1 cup Pecans or almonds/pistachios
  • 1 cup Cacao Powder or unsweetened cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Begin by gathering all the ingredients, ensuring your butter is softened to room temperature for smooth mixing.
  2. Use a blender or food processor to roughly chop the biscuit cookies.
  3. Add cacao powder to the chopped cookies and pulse until just combined.
  4. Add unsalted butter, dulce de leche, and condensed milk to the mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Scoop out one cup of the mixture and shape it into a log using plastic wrap.
  7. Wrap the log tightly and refrigerate for a few hours or freeze until hardened.
  8. Before serving, dust the chilled salami with powdered sugar and slice into rounds.
