How to Make Double Chocolate Banana Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add melted butter, egg, both sugars, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt to the mashed bananas. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt over the wet mixture, and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips carefully.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
