How to Make Double Chocolate Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add melted butter, egg, both sugars, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt to the mashed bananas. Whisk until smooth.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt over the wet mixture, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips carefully.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
