Preparation Steps
  1. Tear the English muffins into bite-sized pieces and layer them evenly in a greased baking dish.
  2. Distribute the Canadian bacon evenly over the muffin layer.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture generously over the muffin and bacon layers.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes to allow the top to turn golden brown.
