How to Make Greek Yogurt Banana Bread
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl: whisk together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl: mash ripe bananas, add Greek yogurt, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Combine the mixtures: fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just incorporated.
- Fold in your choice of mix-ins: add walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips to the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
