How to Make Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

- In a large bowl, combine oat flour, baking soda, salt, and coconut or brown sugar. Stir well.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour in vegetable or melted coconut oil and milk. Add vanilla extract, mix until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop out dough and roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Arrange dough balls on a tray lined with parchment paper, bake for 9 minutes.
- Let cookies cool on the tray for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
