How to Make Molasses Crinkle Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix in the egg and unsulfured molasses until smooth and glossy.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking soda, ground ginger, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and coat each one in granulated sugar before placing on the baking sheets.
