How to Make Raspberry Brownies
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the brownie mix package for an 8 x 8 pan, and prepare the pan with a generous coat of non-stick spray.
- Combine the brownie mix with the eggs, vegetable oil, and water as directed on the package. Stir until just blended.
- Fold gently in fresh raspberries, evenly distributing them throughout the brownie batter.
- Swirl in dollops of raspberry jam atop the batter with a knife.
- Press additional raspberries lightly into the surface of the batter.
