  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
For Serving
  • 12 pieces Mini phyllo cups
  • 12 pieces Tortilla chips
  • to taste Hot sauce or sriracha for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain the black beans in a fine mesh strainer and rinse under cold water until clear.
