  • 1 medium Ripe Avocado mashed
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice or lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper adjust to taste
For the Filling
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon crumbled
  • 1 large Tomato thinly sliced
  • 4 leaves Fresh Lettuce Romaine or butter lettuce
  • 2 large Flour Tortillas

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, ripe avocado, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take a flour tortilla and spread the creamy mixture evenly over the entire surface.
  3. Layer the fillings: add crumbled bacon, thinly sliced tomato, and lettuce on top of the spread.
  4. Carefully roll the tortilla away from you, keeping the fillings tightly packed inside.
  5. Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels or halves and arrange on a platter.
