How to Make Blueberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Beat softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add egg, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda; mix until smooth.
- Gradually mix in all-purpose flour with a spatula. If dough is too dry, add a splash of milk.
- Gently stir in white chocolate chips. Fold in fresh blueberries carefully to avoid crushing.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough balls about 2 inches apart on a lined baking sheet; bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies on baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container once cooled.
