How to Make Chicken Avocado Salad Roll Ups
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Mix everything together until it’s well combined and smooth.
- Take your tortilla and spread a generous amount of the chicken avocado mixture on it, leaving a little space around the edges to make rolling easier.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly until the filling is secure inside.
- Once rolled, slice the tortilla into bite-sized pieces or halves for easier serving.
- Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for later. They also freeze well for quick meals!
