Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix the mashed ripe bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Layer half of the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, top with remaining batter, and finish with the rest of the cinnamon mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
