  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk

Method
 

Cake Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
  2. Mix sugar, canola oil, honey, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the orange juice and vanilla extract, blending well.
  4. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until mixed.
  6. Fold in the raspberries and blueberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan, smoothing the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. For the Glaze: Mix confectioners' sugar, honey, and milk until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
