  • 20 cookies Oreo Cookies crumbled
  • 5 tablespoons Butter melted unsalted
For the Filling
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips optional
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream lightly sweetened

Method
 

How to Make Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  3. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners and press one tablespoon of the mixture into each liner.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, then blend in sour cream.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crusts.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until centers are slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  9. Pipe whipped cream on each cup before serving.
