How to Make Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Line muffin tin with cupcake liners and press one tablespoon of the mixture into each liner.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, then blend in sour cream.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crusts.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until centers are slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Pipe whipped cream on each cup before serving.
