Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 package Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough store-bought or homemade
  • ¾ cup Graham Cracker Crumbs can substitute with gluten-free graham crackers
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips dark or milk chocolate optional
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Creme Fluff or homemade marshmallow can work

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened chocolate chip cookie dough with ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the dough mixture evenly into the bottom of the greased pan. Bake for 12-14 minutes until slightly golden.
  4. Remove pan from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over the warm crust, press them in, and spread marshmallow creme on top. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Crumble the rest of the cookie dough mixture over the entire filling. Return pan to oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares.
