Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and jam, stirring until well blended. Spread this mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and melted butter. Stir in the egg until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the jam layer in the baking dish. Do not mix.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
