- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add old fashioned rolled oats to the bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds, pressing down firmly.
- Add a dollop of peanut butter on top of each oat cup.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate with a splash of oil.
- Remove the cups from the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate on top.
- Gently remove the cups from the molds after setting.
