How to Make Pizza Poppers
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for a crispy finish.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, then cut it into 24 squares.
- Place each square on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce to the center of each square, followed by 1-2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
- Fold the corners of each square over the filling to form balls.
- Arrange the balls on the sheet, placing them close together if you desire the pull-apart style.
- Mix the melted butter with salt, garlic powder, and parsley to create an herbed butter.
- Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the dough balls before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
