How to Make Pizza Poppers
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for a crispy finish.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, then cut it into 24 squares.
  3. Place each square on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce to the center of each square, followed by 1-2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
  5. Fold the corners of each square over the filling to form balls.
  6. Arrange the balls on the sheet, placing them close together if you desire the pull-apart style.
  7. Mix the melted butter with salt, garlic powder, and parsley to create an herbed butter.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the dough balls before baking.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
