- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: vegetable oil, granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 60 minutes.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, combine powdered sugar and maple syrup in a bowl and mix until smooth, then drizzle over the cooled bread.
