- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it lightly.
- Combine tahini, semolina flour, all-purpose flour, turmeric, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
- Whisk together the milk, sugar, and oil in another bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring gently until smooth.
- Fold in the pine nuts with care.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
