For the Topping
  • 8 oz Cold Smoked Salmon The star ingredient

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure a perfectly crispy base for your crostini.
  2. Slice the baguette into ¼ to ½-inch slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Spray both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and bake for about 9 minutes.
  4. Mix softened cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Optionally transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag for presentation.
  6. Top each crostini with a slice of cold smoked salmon, pressing down gently.
  7. Pipe or dollop the cream cheese mixture over the salmon generously.
  8. Garnish with capers and dill, then serve immediately.
