Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface.
  5. Cut the pastry into squares or circles.
  6. Spoon a portion of the spinach mixture onto the center of each pastry piece.
  7. Fold the pastry over to seal, ensuring no filling escapes.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter before placing them on a baking sheet.
