How to Make Baked Yogurt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of your chosen berries into the yogurt mixture.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of berries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until center is set and top is lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
