  • 3 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure for best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1 cup berries (mixed) such as blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries
  • 1/2 cup berries (mixed) for topping

How to Make Baked Yogurt
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of your chosen berries into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of berries.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until center is set and top is lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
