Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the green enchilada sauce and salsa verde in a small bowl.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup of the sauce into the cooked beef.
  5. Spoon 2/3 cup of the beef mixture onto each tortilla and top with 3 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
  6. Fold the tortillas over the filling and roll tightly to form burritos.
  7. Arrange the burritos in a greased 11x7-inch baking dish, pour remaining sauce over them, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Top with fresh cilantro or sour cream before serving, if desired.
