Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the green enchilada sauce and salsa verde in a small bowl.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of the sauce into the cooked beef.
- Spoon 2/3 cup of the beef mixture onto each tortilla and top with 3 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling and roll tightly to form burritos.
- Arrange the burritos in a greased 11x7-inch baking dish, pour remaining sauce over them, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Top with fresh cilantro or sour cream before serving, if desired.
