Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cook the instant rice according to package instructions (5-10 minutes).
- In a large ovenproof skillet, sauté the ground beef over medium-high heat. Add chopped green peppers and onions, cooking until the beef is browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess liquid.
- Turn down the heat to medium, stir in the prepared rice and marinara sauce until well combined. Fold in the shredded cheese.
- In a separate bowl, combine the seasoned breadcrumbs with olive oil. Sprinkle this over the beef mixture in the skillet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the breadcrumb topping is golden brown.
