How to Make Baked Blueberry Donuts
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your donut pan by greasing it lightly.
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and eggs until fully combined.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually stir into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently, being careful not to break them.
  6. Fill each cavity of the donut pan about ¾ full, then bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Prepare the blueberry glaze by whisking the powdered sugar, blueberry puree, and lemon juice together.
