Steps to Make Pineapple Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then stir in vanilla extract and crushed pineapple, including juice.
- Gently add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar with melted butter and spread over the batter.
