Ingredients
  

For the Blueberry Syrup
  • 2.25 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Granulated sweetener or adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Filtered water
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
For the Drink
  • 1 cup Club soda
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-free blueberry syrup
  • 3 tbsp Half & half
  • 1/4 cup Whipped cream
  • Ice Just enough to chill

Method
 

How to Make Blueberry Italian Cream Soda
  1. Combine the blueberries, granulated sweetener, filtered water, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens, around 10 minutes. Strain to remove solids.
  2. Fill a tall glass generously with ice.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the prepared blueberry syrup over the ice.
  4. Gently pour in 1 cup of club soda and stir lightly.
  5. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of half & half over the top.
  6. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
