How to Make Blueberry Italian Cream Soda
- Combine the blueberries, granulated sweetener, filtered water, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens, around 10 minutes. Strain to remove solids.
- Fill a tall glass generously with ice.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the prepared blueberry syrup over the ice.
- Gently pour in 1 cup of club soda and stir lightly.
- Drizzle 3 tablespoons of half & half over the top.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
