Instructions

  2. Fill two large bowls: one with ice water and the other with the syruped rasgullas.
  3. Layer the serving bowls starting with rasmalai, then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, followed by jelly, cocktail fruits, and fresh fruits.
  4. Garnish with slivered almonds, coarsely ground pistachios, and soaked sabja seeds.
  5. Drizzle with rose syrup and chill in the fridge for a few minutes before serving.
