- Prepare the falooda mix according to the package instructions. Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Fill two large bowls: one with ice water and the other with the syruped rasgullas.
- Layer the serving bowls starting with rasmalai, then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, followed by jelly, cocktail fruits, and fresh fruits.
- Garnish with slivered almonds, coarsely ground pistachios, and soaked sabja seeds.
- Drizzle with rose syrup and chill in the fridge for a few minutes before serving.
