For the Fizz
  • 1 liter Sparkling Water Flavored sparkling water can be used
For the Garnish
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Arils Fresh cranberries can be a substitute

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large pitcher, gently muddle the mint leaves with sugar and lime juice until the mint leaves release their vibrant oils.
  2. Fill four glasses halfway with ice to ensure your mojitos stay chilled and refreshing.
  3. Pour the coconut rum mixture into each glass until filled about 3/4 full.
  4. Top off each glass with sparkling water, filling it to the brim.
  5. Garnish each mojito with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle pomegranate arils on top.
