How to Make Deviled Strawberries
  1. Carefully stem and slice the large strawberries in half. Scoop out the center slightly to create space for the filling.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  5. Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag. Fill each strawberry half generously with the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over each filled strawberry.
