How to Make Deviled Strawberries
- Carefully stem and slice the large strawberries in half. Scoop out the center slightly to create space for the filling.
- In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag. Fill each strawberry half generously with the mixture.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over each filled strawberry.
- Enjoy your deviled strawberries immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
