How to Make Easy Black Bean Soup
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add chopped onion, carrot, celery, and red bell pepper; sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

- Combine black beans, vegetable broth, ground cumin, dried oregano, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper; stir well.
