- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth, then mix in the melted butter.
- Stir in the baking soda and salt, followed by granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour until just mixed to maintain a moist crumb.
- Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl for the cinnamon swirl.
- Layer half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mix, then add the remaining batter and finish with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
