- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the ripe bananas using a fork until smooth, then stir in the melted butter.
- Mix in baking soda and salt until well combined.
- Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
- Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Pour half the batter into the greased loaf pan; sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture on top.
- Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
- Gently swirl the mixture through the batter using a knife.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
