Making the Truffles
- Unwrap the 5 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a mixing bowl. Beat well with a hand or stand mixer until crumbly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop 1-tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls.
- Chill the formed balls for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each cake ball in the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
- Melt the red candy melts and drizzle over the truffles. Immediately sprinkle with green sugar or festive sprinkles.
- Refrigerate the decorated truffles for an additional 10-15 minutes until firm.
