How to Make Summer Berry Trifle
- Microwave the seedless raspberry jam until warm and easily spreadable. Toss with sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Allow them to sit for a bit to soften and glaze the berries.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with confectioners' sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla and gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Start layering in a trifle dish: layer ladyfingers, one third of berry mixture, one third of cream cheese filling. Repeat layers, finishing with cream on top. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh berries and a sprig of mint. Optional: drizzle a bit of honey for added sweetness.

Notes
Ensure heavy whipping cream is cold for optimal texture. Chill overnight for best flavor melding. You can substitute ladyfingers with pound cake if needed.
