Ingredients

For the Corn
  • 4 ears sweet yellow corn Fresh corn enhances sweetness and adds delightful crunch; feel free to substitute with frozen corn if needed!
For the Dressing
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise Adds creaminess and helps the toppings stick well to the corn.
  • 2 tbsp Mexican crema Traditional for a rich, tangy twist; sour cream can be a good substitute if you can’t find it.
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice A squeeze of citrus brightens the flavors.
For the Toppings
  • 1 tbsp butter Melted butter adds a luscious finish.
  • cotija cheese Offers a salty bite, but you can use feta cheese as an alternative.
  • Tajin This zesty seasoning elevates the dish with a hint of spice.
