- Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients gradually, mixing until just incorporated.
- Fold in the ground espresso and chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
